The high-speed counting packaging machine is a complex electromechanical integrated system, and its workflow can be summarized as the following core steps:
- The material is poured into the elevator or vibrating hopper.
- The vibrating disc or linear vibrator separates and arranges the disorderly stacked materials through orderly vibration, and transports them in a directional and orderly manner to the conveyor track.
- Visual Counting: High resolution industrial cameras quickly capture material images and recognize and count them through image processing algorithms such as deep learning models. This is currently the most advanced and accurate method, capable of handling complex shapes and overlapping situations.
- The packaging film (such as composite film, aluminum plated film) is pulled to the molding machine and folded into a predetermined bag shape.
- When the count reaches the preset quantity, the control system issues an instruction to precisely open the discharge port and inject a certain amount of material into the formed packaging bag.
- The filled packaging bag is moved to the sealing mechanism.
- The heat sealing knife performs hot pressing sealing on the bag opening to ensure sealing.
