Glass plate inspection machine is a high-precision optical image detection equipment mainly used in the industrial manufacturing field, especially playing an important role in quality control and sorting of small parts such as fasteners (such as screws, nuts) and electronic components.
The core of the glass disk sorting machine is to use optical imaging technology for detection. The workflow is usually as follows:
Loading
The vibrating disc or storage bin arranges the workpieces to be inspected neatly and sends them to the glass surface through the conveyor track.
Inspection
The workpiece moves with the high-speed rotating glass disk and passes through one or more industrial camera shooting points. The camera captures images of the workpiece from above or from the side (some devices can also capture images from below the glass disc).
Imaging and analysis
By utilizing the high transparency of glass, combined with backlight panels and special light source systems, clear and uniform illumination effects can be obtained, thereby accurately capturing the contour and surface details of the workpiece. The captured images are transmitted to the computer system and compared with the preset standard parameters.
Sorting
The system determines whether the workpiece is qualified and controls the separation mechanism such as the blowing device to blow defective products (such as defective products and size discrepancies) away from the conveyor track, achieving automatic sorting.
